Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leadership candidate for a Managers In Training role in our convenience store network. You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, lead a team, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will spend time with seasoned managers during official training, rotate through shifts, and join our bench leadership team after training to cover absences and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service or restaurant settings preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including coffee station and food area.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager or District Manager with duties as assigned.
