Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a motivated Managers In Training candidate to learn day-to-day store management at a busy convenience location. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers to understand operations, vendors and guest experience across shifts, with growth into store leadership roles.

The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and collaboration with a larger Cumberland Farms network for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe/food safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and rotate stock to ensure 100% stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs where applicable.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager in supervising responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
