Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role at our convenience store locations. You will support the Store Manager, train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and help with daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The program offers structured training, overtime support, and opportunities to advance within Cumberland Farms' expanding network. Prior retail/food service leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-store availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Keep store clean and organized; manage coffee station and food service area.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
