Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Managers In Training to learn how to successfully manage day-to-day responsibilities of running a Turkey Hill convenience store location from our finest leaders. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotating shifts to learn about our company, our retail team, our vendors and our guests, and you will support the Store Manager and teammates to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching of team members.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; manage coffee and food service areas.
