Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Manager In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a convenience store and support the Store Manager in leading the retail team. You'll train with managers, rotate through shifts, and prepare to join our bench leadership while delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; rotate stock and keep shelves full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Keep the store clean; maintain interior/exterior appearance and stocked coffee station; restrooms spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food-service operations as needed.
