Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a convenience store location, support the Store Manager, and develop leadership skills through hands-on training with our Training Managers. Expect to work various shifts and be mentored by senior leaders.

You will rotate through tasks focusing on guest service, merchandising, food safety, and team development, with growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ bench leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels, ensure 100% in-stock availability on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and delegate tasks to ensure a tidy interior and exterior.
