Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy Manager in Training to learn daily store operations and guest service excellence. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotate through shifts, and support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail or food service, a strong work ethic, and a passion for teamwork. This is a full-time role with varied hours, including weekends and holidays, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities are essential.
• Ability to train, schedule, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-store availability.
• Oversee merchandising and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food-service operations when needed.
• Join a bench leadership team and cover shifts during absences as needed.
