Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a highly energetic retail leader for a Managers In Training role to support the Store Manager and develop as a future leader. You’ll train with experienced managers, learn daily operations, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will gain hands-on exposure to staffing, coaching, merchandising, and store safety while advancing through official training weeks and supervisory periods to join our bench leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members; high energy; ability to move quickly; team oriented; computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and keep shelves full for 100% in-stock.”
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of store interior and exterior; supervise tasks as needed.
