Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a highly energized Manager In Training to support store leadership and daily operations. You will learn to manage guest service, team development, scheduling, and stock control while working closely with experienced leaders to ensure exceptional store performance.

The program offers hands-on training, shift variety, and opportunities to advance within the Cumberland Farms family, across nearly 1500 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep shelves stocked, ensuring 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and manage transactions.
• Support Store Manager in overseeing food service operations and daily store tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store interior and exterior at all times.
