Qualifications

• High School Diploma.

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team members in professional and retail operations.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training.
• Make sales calls and occasional weekly customer calls.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance and vehicle records.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, price matches, and KPI dashboards.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
