Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members and evaluate performance.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and hiring.
• Support store manager with safety training and compliance.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and discuss opportunities with store manager.
