Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and match alphanumeric characters quickly.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is preferred.
• Experience with store operations and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance and operations.
• Supervise store and HUB team members; coordinate with district/store managers.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor safety compliance and staff training.
• Support in scheduling, payroll and timekeeping.
• Review KPIs, P&L, and opportunities for improvement.
