Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and automotive knowledge.
• Requires strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training and Manager Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance and operations.
• Supervise store and HUB store teams; recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Process performance evaluations and recommend pay increases.
• Participate in interviewing and candidate selection with management.
• Support safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make sales calls and manage weekly customer outreach.
• Help manage store operations, scheduling and payroll.
• Monitor gross profit, returns and price overrides; review KPI dashboards.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager to identify opportunities.
