Qualifications

• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of store.
• Supervise professional and retail operations and team members.
• Handle hiring tasks, interviewing, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training across areas.
• Learn to manage gross profit, pricing, and KPI dashboards.
