Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist the store manager in daily operations, sales, and appearance. The role focuses on hands-on experience to prepare for a management position at another store or location.

Candidates with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and completion of O'Reilly management programs, will be favored. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired, with competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in supervising professional and retail operations.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Help in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Support safety, scheduling, payroll, and KPI tracking.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
