Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and operations of store.
• Supervise professional and retail operations with team members.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Support safety training and scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer calls.
• Maintain delivery fleet records and keep store clean and organized.
• Review KPI dashboards, price matches, and monthly P&L with store manager.
