Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for a Managers In Training program.

You will work closely withStore Manager and Training Managers to learn day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store, including staff training, scheduling, and guest service excellence. During training you will rotate through shifts, gain exposure to vendors, and develop leadership skills to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft skills include friendly guest interaction, energy, multitasking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock full for 100% in-stock readiness.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot food locations.
• Operate cash register efficiently and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
