Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role, supporting the Store Manager and team to deliver exceptional guest shopping experiences. You will train, schedule, coach, and rotate shifts to learn the business while contributing to daily operations across a busy convenience store.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership in retail or food service, solid communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, with a background in high-energy service environments.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong retail management background with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist store team.
• Support Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Assist in overseeing food service operations and other duties as assigned.
