Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training. You will support the Store Manager, coach team members, and ensure top-notch guest service across a bustling convenience store environment.

The role involves learning day-to-day operations, staffing, and merchandising while working varied shifts. Growth opportunities exist within Cumberland Farms’ network of locations and leadership bench.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep shelves stocked to ensure 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support store operations and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
