Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a dynamic Managers In Training candidate to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn day-to-day store leadership from our best leaders, rotating through shifts to grasp operations, sales, and guest experience.

Successful trainees will join our bench leadership, supporting the Store Manager, coordinating training, scheduling, and coaching while delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience across Turkey Hill locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and excellent service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs for locations with hot food.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; ensure coffee and food service areas are clean and stocked.
