Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader for a Managers In Training role to learn day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager. You will train with Managers and Supervising Managers, rotate shifts, and develop team leadership skills, with opportunities to advance into bench leadership.

The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and store standards throughout a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail or food service/restaurant management experience a plus.
• Strong guest service mindset and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock and merchandising; ensure 100% in-stock levels and clean, organized food service areas where applicable.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and food service operations in applicable locations.
• Operate cash register efficiently and support store operations during varied shifts.
