Turkey Hill is seeking a dynamic Manager In Training to learn the day-to-day operations of a convenience store location, supervised by experienced leaders. You'll support the Store Manager, assist with staffing, coaching, and in-store execution.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, growth into a bench leadership team, and exposure to inventory, customer service, and food service operations across our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support with daily operations and guest service to deliver an exceptional experience.
