Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Managers In Training to lead team members, assist the Store Manager, and learn day-to-day operations of a busy convenience store. You will rotate through training weeks with Managers and Supervising Managers and take on shifts to gain hands-on leadership experience.

This role supports delivering exceptional guest service while developing staff, merchandising, and safety practices across the store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year leadership in retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock full on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee/food areas and restrooms are clean.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store/ District Manager.
