Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Manager in Training to support store leadership at our Cherryville area location. You will train with Managers and Supervising Managers, rotate shifts, and learn store operations including guest service, merchandising, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, maintaining in-stock conditions, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store. Growth opportunities exist within our 1500+ locations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• 1 year leadership in retail, guest service or restaurant preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building/developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels; keep stock full and in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior; manage coffee station.
• Operate cash register efficiently; support food service operation as needed.
