Job summary

Turkey Hill, part of Cumberland Farms, is seeking energetic managers in training to learn the day-to-day leadership of a convenience store. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager across shifts to understand our operations, guest service, vendors and store standards.

This full-time program leads to a bench leadership role with growth opportunities across nearly 1500 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain overall store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager in supervising store operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
