Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join as a Managers In Training. You will support store leadership, train and coach team members, and help deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

You will work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, covering various shifts to learn the business, vendors, and guest service standards. Growth opportunities exist within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• Preferred 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and keep product availability 100% in‑stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize coffee and food service areas.
