Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Manager in Training to learn day-to-day operations and lead a store team. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, rotate shifts, and later join the bench leadership team to cover gaps as needed.

The role supports the Store Manager, focuses on guest experience, team development, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced convenience-store environment. A strong retail leadership background is favored.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred 1 year in retail/guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock across the store.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager or District Manager as needed.
