Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or food service.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and positive attitude.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team.
• Monitor stock levels and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Oversee quality, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the store, including coffee and food areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager with shifting leadership duties and other tasks as needed.
