Cumberland Farms Inc. is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to support the Store Manager and lead day-to-day operations at a Turkey Hill location. You will train with managers, cover shifts, and develop leadership skills while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and serve as a leader within the team.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep shelves stocked.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee and food service areas are tidy.
