Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Manager In Training to advance into a Store Manager role. You will learn day-to-day operations, coaching, and team development while rotating through shifts to understand the full store environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in guest service, store leadership, and food service operations, with a path to bench leadership. Full-time hours include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of retail or food experience is preferred.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to train and coach others are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor product levels, ensure 100% in-stock availability, and maintain clean, organized shelves.
• Oversee food service quality control, merchandising, and safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store leadership in daily operations.
