Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a Turkish Hill convenience store location. You'll train with managers, rotate shifts, and gain exposure to store leadership, guest service, and stock control as you prepare for a store leadership role.

The program focuses on developing skills in team building, coaching, and operational discipline, with opportunities to advance within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team; train, schedule, coach.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for 100% in-stock guests.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
