Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operation of a convenience store, support the Store Manager, and lead a guest-focused team.

During training you will rotate shifts, work with Training Managers, and gain hands-on experience in staffing, merchandising, and food service. The role offers growth within Cumberland Farms and opportunity to advance as you learn our processes.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred 1 year in leadership role in retail/guest service/restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team.
• Monitor stock and keep product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas including coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
