Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Manager In Training to support the Store Manager and lead a store team through training, scheduling, and coaching. You will focus on in-store guest service, product availability, and day-to-day operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role involves working various shifts, full-time hours, and potential overtime. Prior leadership in retail or food service is valued, with opportunities to grow within Cumberland Farms family of stores.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role (preferred).
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside and ensure coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
