Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a convenience store. You will train with Training Managers and Supervising Manager, rotate shifts, and support the Store Manager.

You'll develop leadership, coaching, and guest service skills while ensuring in-stock products, quality control, and food safety in locations offering hot food.

This full-time role offers growth opportunities across Cumberland Farms' network as you join the bench leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Experience in retail or food service leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver outstanding service.
• Assist Store Manager with building a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle deposits where required.
• Support store manager and district manager as needed.
