Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Manager In Training to lead guest service and oversee day-to-day store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager, develop a team, and ensure excellent customer experiences across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and product availability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, guest-focused leader with ability to mentor a team.
• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management helps.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and professional service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team, including training and scheduling.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee and food areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support food service operations and other duties as assigned by leadership.
