Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a proactive Manager In Training to help run a busy convenience store. You will work with the Store Manager to build and coach a strong team, manage schedules, and ensure top customer service.

You will monitor stock, oversee food safety and merchandising, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Training with Managers will prepare you to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-store product availability.
• Oversee food safety, merchandising, and cleanliness in applicable locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
