Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a Manager In Training to participate in our comprehensive leadership program. You will work with Training Managers to learn daily store operations, guest service excellence, and team development across shifts to ensure smooth store performance.

The role emphasizes training on scheduling, coaching, and overseeing food service quality while supporting the Store Manager and district leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership.
• High energy and strong guest service mindset.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and keep service levels high.
• Assist Store Manager with building and coaching a strong team, including scheduling.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shop is well stocked and organized.
• Oversee food safety, merchandising and cleanliness in relevant locations.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store interior and exterior; ensure coffee and food areas are tidy.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently; support store operations as needed.
