Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching, setting clear goals.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate products to ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in locations with hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and out, including coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
