Job summary

Loaf N Jug is seeking a Managers In Training to learn how to run a busy convenience store location. You will work with Training Managers and a Supervising Manager, covering various shifts to understand the company, retail team, vendors, and guest experience.

This role supports the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience. The program leads to bench leadership with growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant with leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and coaching a strong store team.
• Monitor shelf stock and ensure 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs when applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as needed by the Store/ District Manager.
