Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Managers In Training to learn how to run a Cumberland Farms convenience store location. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotating shifts, and supporting the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

The program leads to becoming part of our bench leadership, with growth across the network of 1500+ sites. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and a strong focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor to ensure 100% in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations that offer hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness in interior and exterior areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support food service operations and perform other duties as assigned.
