Job summary

Loaf N Jug is seeking a Managers In Training to learn and execute the day-to-day management of a convenience store. You will spend time with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotating shifts to understand store operations, guest service, and vendor relations.

Upon completion of training, you’ll join the bench leadership team to cover openings as needed. The role offers growth potential within Cumberland Farms’ network of locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and strong customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, including coffee and food service areas, restrooms, and overall appearance.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager with duties to ensure smooth operations.
