Job summary

Loaf N Jug is seeking energetic retail leaders to join our Managers In Training program. You will learn day-to-day store operations, work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, and support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits, opportunities for advancement across Cumberland Farms’ 1500 locations, and a chance to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or District Manager.
