Job summary

Loaf N Jug is seeking talented Managers In Training to learn and lead the day-to-day operations of a convenience store. You’ll train with managers, work various shifts, and rotate through roles to understand our store, our vendors, and our guests.

You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong team, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining standards across merchandising, safety, and cleanliness. Growth opportunities exist within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Preferred Education: Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full; maintain 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Keep the store clean; manage coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Assist in food service operation and perform other duties as assigned by Store/District Manager.
