Job summary

Loaf 'N Jug is seeking a high-energy retail leader for the Managers In Training program at our Pueblo, CO store. You will support the Store Manager, help train and coach team members, and ensure great guest experiences with strong merchandising and in-stock execution.

During official training weeks you’ll learn from Training Managers, rotate across shifts, and develop leadership skills to prepare for bench leadership roles within Cumberland Farms’ expansive store network.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep stock full for 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager with food service operation and other duties as needed.
