Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking Managers In Training to learn day-to-day leadership of a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will train with experienced managers, rotate through shifts, and gain exposure to store operations, staffing, merchandising, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with excellent customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety where applicable.
• Operate cash register and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support various shifts including weekends and holidays.
