During official training, you will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotate through shifts, and join our bench leadership to cover absences. Growth opportunities exist across Cumberland Farms' 1500 locations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, guest service, or leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
