Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• Previous leadership experience managing a team of 15+ employees.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Asset Protection and People & Culture teams to investigate incidents and support follow-up.
• Delegate daily tasks to supervisors and team members to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate and verify deposits and currency exchanges and alert management to concerns.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team while maintaining a supportive and accountable environment.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and values to support operational excellence.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop team member behavior and performance for growth within America’s Thrift.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline when necessary for supervisory staff.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure documentation is complete.
• Use reports to optimize sales floor layouts and maximize sales potential.
• Manage inventory levels across categories to support revenue generation.
• Oversee donations flow with adherence to standards and regulations.
• Support store operations, budgets, and objectives.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Support promotions and events to drive traffic and sales.
• Open/close procedures, cash management, and staff supervision.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and workplace culture.
