You will recruit and develop staff, supervise daily store activities, ensure legal compliance, and implement corporate merchandising direction. A strong communicator with retail leadership experience is preferred, with a potential quarterly bonus for meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent movement.
