America’s Thrift in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Manager in Training to step into a full-time leadership role and help drive growth across sales, donations, and store operations.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, oversee cash handling, onboarding, and training, and support promotions, merchandising, and customer service excellence.

This position offers hands-on development toward a permanent management assignment within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that serves the community.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Asset Protection and People & Culture to investigate incidents and coordinate follow-up.
• Delegate daily tasks to supervisors and team members to meet operations.
• Oversee deposits, currency exchanges, and cash handling to prevent discrepancies.
• Lead and inspire a team while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and company values to drive operational excellence.
• Provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and cash management.
• Analyze sales performance and contribute to growth strategies.
