Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership and people-development skills to motivate and coach teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Previous leadership experience managing a sizable team.
• Willingness to relocate within Alabama and surrounding states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Asset Protection and People & Culture to investigate incidents and support follow-up.
• Delegate daily tasks to supervisors and team members to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate deposits, currency exchanges, and alert management to discrepancies.
• Lead a dynamic team and foster a supportive, accountable work environment.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and company values to drive operational excellence.
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development for staff.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
